This message is for all the Dell- CARES team including Jeffrey, SimranC, Vrishnika, and many others who tried their best but were let down by their internal teams who were either too slow or overworked to help me and many, many others.

This website production was necessary to prove a point to Dell – it requires quick actions and solutions by the Dell internal teams for my overheating G15 5521 SE Gaming laptop to finally resolve my dispute.

Look I have been so nice and cordial and extremely patient but enough is enough guys’ time to fix this laptop or change the product don’t want a refund because there are thousands that have sent back their computers and they are still waiting for refunds several months later.
