DELL GAMING LAPTOPS G15 ALIENWARE GETTING NO POWER PLAN SUPPORT.

DELL GAMING LAPTOPS G15 ALIENWARE GETTING NO POWER PLAN SUPPORT.

This an urgent appeal to Dell Technical that most 12th Gen CPUs in Dell gaming laptops have no power plans on their respective support page.

This is another prime example of Dell’s lack of customer care, end users require this software more than anything else to help control their motherboard’s thermals.

This web portal has repeatedly informed Dell Technical support of their duty of care in these regards but they simply don’t care.

What is even stranger is the fact when technical support tells its gaming laptop users that they have to wipe out their windows installation because of rising motherboard thermals what they don’t mention is the fact the dell cloud image has zero drivers.

It is a basic H22 windows 11 version and dell says on all official dell support pages it is very important to install these correct power plan drivers to keep your laptop cool.

How is that even possible if they don’t provide it, and you can’t get it from anywhere including the MS Store they have a very old version so before going down that route way up all your other options first.

Some online customers are claiming it is just another get-rich dell scheme to ripoff customers as it’s classed as a software fix rather than a hardware fault.

If dell keeps the power plan driver off these support pages perhaps some of the community is in fact correct.

There is simply no reason why this driver is missing of any of these support pages, over to you dell?
